On Mondays, each owner receives one email about the previous week, with one section per organization they own. Members who are not owners do not receive it.

What it says

The week is the last complete week, Monday to Sunday, in UTC. For each organization:
  • reviews delivered and comments published, and mentions answered when there were any;
  • after how many of that week’s measured comments the code changed, so far;
  • AI turns used in the current billing period, against the allowance.
The numbers are the same ones the console shows, read the same way. It never contains code, pull request titles, repository content or anyone’s email address: only counts, the organization’s name and links.

When it is not sent

  • An organization with no delivered review and no answered mention that week is left out of the email.
  • An organization whose data deletion was requested is left out.
  • If every organization is left out, no email is sent. There is no “nothing happened” email.
  • It goes only to accounts whose email address is confirmed.

Turning it off and on

  • From the email: every digest has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Opening it needs no login and shows a button to confirm. Mail apps that support one-click unsubscribe can do it directly.
  • From the console: Settings → Weekly digest turns it on or off.
Turning it back on in Settings makes old unsubscribe links stop working, so a forwarded email cannot turn it off again.
