There are three places that decide what CodeWarden looks at. Use the one that matches what you want.

Repository access on GitHub

When you install the App you choose All repositories or a selection. To change it later, open the installation’s settings on GitHub (for an organization: Settings → GitHub Apps → CodeWarden → Configure). The console’s setup checklist links there when no repository is selected.

The repository switch

On the organization’s page in the console, the Repositories table has a switch for each repository. Only owners can change it.
  • Off: GitHub’s notifications are still answered, and nothing is reviewed. No review row is written, no AI turn is used, and mentions of @codewardenapp in that repository are not answered.
  • On is the default. A repository nobody has switched is on, including one created tomorrow under an installation that covers every repository.
Every switch is recorded in the organization’s activity log with who changed it.
The switch is keyed by the repository’s owner/name. A renamed repository starts out on again under its new name.

Excluding a pull request from measurements

Some pull requests are opened to try out or demonstrate the bot, and nobody was ever going to act on their comments. Counting those as “ignored” would make the measurements worse on evidence about nothing. On the repository’s page, owners can click Exclude on a review row to leave that pull request out of the measurements. Its reviews stay where they are and it is still reviewed. Include puts it back. Both are recorded in the activity log.
