The console is at app.codewarden.co. It shows what CodeWarden did and holds what is yours to decide: which repositories are on, who may see them, the integrations, and the plan. It does not hold review rules; those live in .codewarden.yml.

Signing in

Create an account with your email at Sign up; CodeWarden emails you a link to log in. You can also set a password later in Settings. Then open Settings → GitHub → Connect GitHub. The console asks GitHub once which installations of the App your GitHub account can access, stores that list, and discards the GitHub token. After connecting, you can also use Log in with GitHub. GitHub never creates a CodeWarden account by itself; your email account is the one that lasts. If you are given access to a new installation later, click Refresh in the GitHub card in Settings to update the list.

Organizations

An organization in the console is one GitHub account: a GitHub organization or a personal account that installed the App. Its members, roles, repository switches, integrations and plan belong to it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App keeps all of them. The console’s home page lists the installations you can see, each with a setup checklist (App installed, at least one repository on, .codewarden.yml found, Jira and Sentry connected, first review delivered), its repositories, its integrations, and its last reviews. The organization’s own page (/orgs/<login>) shows:
  • At a glance: reviews delivered and comments published in the last 7 days, AI turns used this billing period against the allowance, and the share of comments after which the code changed over the last 30 days.
  • Plan: the subscription, and for owners the buttons to start one or manage it. See Plans and AI turns.
  • Repositories: each repository, its number of reviews, and its switch.
  • Members and Installations.
From there, Activity opens the activity log and Measurements opens the measurements. Each repository opens its review history.

Members

Who is a member is GitHub’s answer: everyone whose GitHub account can access the installation and who has connected GitHub in the console. There are no invitations. To add someone, give them access on GitHub and ask them to sign up and connect GitHub.

Roles

There are two roles, owner and member. Everyone in the organization can see everything in it: reviews, mentions, measurements, the activity log and the plan. Only owners can change things. The first owner is the GitHub user who installed the App, or who last changed the App’s repositories on GitHub (only a GitHub administrator can do either). Not whoever signs in first. That person must sign up and connect the same GitHub account to act as owner. An organization always keeps at least one owner: promote someone else before demoting the last one. If the console says nobody administers the organization yet, a GitHub administrator can fix it by changing the App’s repository selection on GitHub once, or you can write to contact@codewarden.co.
