# Review history

> Every review of a repository, what it published, what it dropped and why, and which rules were in force.

Each repository has a page in the console, `/orgs/<login>/repos/<repo>`, listing its reviews newest first and its mentions. Open a review to see everything it did, including what it decided **not** to say.

## The repository page

For each review: the pull request, the status, the mode (`full` or `incremental`), how many comments were published, the AI turns used, how long it took, and when. Owners can [exclude a pull request from measurements](/configure/repositories#excluding-a-pull-request-from-measurements) from here.

Below the reviews, **Configuration in force** shows the `.codewarden.yml` the last delivered review used, and **Mentions** lists every reply to `@codewardenapp` in that repository. The **Decided** button opens the [decisions](/configure/accepted-findings#seeing-what-was-held-back) for the repository.

## Review statuses

| Status | Meaning | AI turn used |
| - | - | :-: |
| `published` | Posted a review with at least one comment. | yes |
| `no_findings` | Ran and had nothing to comment on. A first review still posts its summary; a later one posts nothing. | yes |
| `no_changes` | The push changed nothing CodeWarden reviews, or the same commit was delivered again. No model call. | no |
| `skipped` | `.codewarden.yml` asked not to review this pull request (a label, an author, a base branch). | no |
| `failed` | The model or GitHub failed. Nothing was posted. | no |
| `refused` | The installation is suspended or removed. | no |
| `unsubscribed` | The organization has no live subscription. Nothing was posted. | no |
| `over_allowance` | The plan's AI turns for this billing period are used up. Nothing was posted. | no |

## A review's page

* **The numbers**: AI turns, duration, comments published, comments dropped.
* **Summary**: what the review posted at the top of the pull request.
* **Published**: each comment with its file and line, category, severity and the model's confidence.
* **Dropped**: each finding that was not posted, with the reason:

| Reason | Meaning |
| - | - |
| below the confidence threshold | The model's confidence was under 0.7. |
| over this review's cap | More findings than the `profile` allows; the least severe went. |
| already answered on an earlier push | CodeWarden already made this comment on this pull request. |
| outside the lines this pull request added | GitHub would have rejected the whole review for it. |
| invalid | The model's answer for this finding did not have the required shape, so it was discarded rather than guessed at. |

Findings held back by a [decision](/configure/accepted-findings) are recorded on the review together with the decision that held them back, but they are not listed on this page.

* **Details**: the mode, the model, the head commit, and for an incremental review the commit it was compared from.
* **What was in force**: whether `.codewarden.yml` was read or the defaults applied, how many settings were dropped, and what happened to a linked Jira ticket or Sentry issue.

The exact prompt and the model's raw answer are kept with the review but are not shown on the page.

Review links use a public id (`/reviews/rv_...`), never an internal number, so a link can be shared with anyone who can see the organization.
