# Trial

> 14 days and 50 AI turns of the full product, with a card on file.

The trial is the real product: every feature, every repository, every seat, for **14 days** and **50 AI turns** in total.

## Starting it

1. [Install the App](https://github.com/apps/codewardenapp/installations/new) and [sign in to the console](/quickstart) as an owner.
2. On the organization's page, under **Plan**, choose **Starter** or **Pro**.
3. Complete the checkout at Polar. **A card is required.** Nothing is charged during the trial.

Without a subscription or a trial, pull requests are not reviewed.

## During the trial

* The 50 AI turns are for the whole trial, not per month. See [What an AI turn is](/account/plans-and-ai-turns#what-an-ai-turn-is).
* The console shows the trial's status and how many AI turns are left.
* If the 50 run out before the 14 days do, reviews pause the same way they do on a paid plan: nothing is posted on pull requests, and the console records what was skipped. An owner can move to a paid plan early from **Manage billing**.

## When it ends

The trial becomes the plan you chose, and the card is charged for the first period. To avoid that, cancel before the trial ends from **Plan & billing → Manage billing**.

Polar, our payment provider, refuses a second trial to an email address or card that has already had one. Deleting an organization's data does not change that.
